They're now looking for a dedicated Installer to join their Adelaide team.
About the role
This Monday to Friday position is responsible for installing household appliances in customers' homes, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As the final touchpoint in the customer journey, your presentation, communication, and professionalism will play a key role in maintaining the brand's strong reputation.
What you will do
* Install a range of home appliances safely and accurately
* Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits
* Troubleshoot, adjust, and test appliances to ensure correct operation
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
* Work efficiently within an organised schedule
* Represent the business with strong presentation and a friendly manner
What you will bring
* Experience with tools or trade-related work
* Strong problem-solving and practical skills
* Professional presentation and customer service focus
* Ability to work independently and manage time well
* Physical capability for manual handling and installation tasks
* A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
