Role Overview
The Allsopp & Allsopp Group is a leading real estate agency in Dubai, seeking to connect with top international talent. As a Property Sales/Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing property viewings, and negotiating sales and lettings.
Key Responsibilities
* Collecting property information and creating marketing materials
* Staying up-to-date with residential property market regulations in Dubai
* Conducting property valuations and viewings
* Negotiating with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
* Maintaining sales and lettings progress with assistance from our teams
* Providing regular care calls to clients following viewings
* Monitoring local market trends
* Generating new business through the company's database and networking
Requirements
* Experience in sales is an advantage but not essential
* Excellent English language skills
* Positive and hard-working attitude
* Professional business dress required at all times
* Punctuality and commitment to company development expected
* Strong interpersonal skills and team player
* UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (hire car arrangement possible)
