About the Opportunity
As a Senior Principal Trainer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will lead the day-to-day operational management of the Principal Trainer (PT) workforce and be responsible for the coordination and quality oversight of SDPR training curriculum development and training environment readiness, in line with approved governance frameworks.
The role ensures that training design, build, and delivery activities across application areas are aligned, clinically safe, and operationally ready. Acting as the escalation and coordination point for PTs, this role supports alignment between training operations, curriculum governance, environment readiness, and cross-program dependencies.
In this role, you will:
* Lead daily operations of the Principal Trainer team, ensuring priorities and milestones are met.
* Manage team performance, coaching and capability to deliver high-quality, governance-aligned training.
* Oversee curriculum development and training readiness, escalating risks and resolving issues early.
* Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration and smooth transition to BAU training.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Epic Certified Principal Trainer, with strong expertise in digital health training environments and full curriculum lifecycle management.
* Proven leader of teams, with experience managing direct reports, performance, workloads and capability development.
* Operationally strong, with demonstrated success delivering training outcomes in complex, high-volume program environments.
* Skilled collaborator and communicator, able to manage competing priorities, stakeholder relationships and cross-functional dependencies across clinical, technical and project teams.
You will succeed in this role if you:
* Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
* Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
* Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
* Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast moving space.
