About the Company: A highly respected Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong presence in Sydney’s construction market is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to join their growing team. With over two decades of consistent project delivery across residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, the business is known for its focus on quality, collaboration, and long-term staff retention.
The Opportunity This is a career-defining role for a proven Structures Foreman ready to step onto a high-value, multi-stage project. You’ll be joining a passionate site team and working closely with your Site Manager to drive construction outcomes from the early structural phase through to completion.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all structural works on-site
* Ensure alignment with project timelines and construction program
* Manage trades, subcontractors, and labour effectively
* Maintain accurate daily site records and forecasts
* Drive safety, quality, and compliance on-site
* Liaise with engineers, consultants, and internal teams
* Support and implement company systems and procedures
The Ideal Candidate
* Trade background – ideally as a Carpenter or similar
* Proven experience delivering structural packages on projects valued $50M+
* Strong understanding of formwork, concrete, steel, and façade systems
* Capable of leading teams on fast-paced, high-volume projects
* Strong understanding of BCA, ITPs, and site safety regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Adaptable, systems-savvy, and solutions-oriented
