This role will not be only management of accounts but will include plenty of learnings & access to grow quickly with general business knowledge.This is a permanent full-time role.We provide hybrid working options & ongoing skill improvements across our company with a range of various tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to briefs to build award-winning performance marketing campaignsStrategising and proactively working on clients’ performance campaigns to grow ROI and bring down their overall CPA.Helping drive client strategy & managing deployment of internal tasks with the team to drive client growth.Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve client’s ROI.Reporting back to clients with post-campaign analysis and key action items to further improve performance.Driving perpetual improvement for our performance marketing strategies by staying at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques across Google.Role GrowthWorking closely with the leadership team, you’ll get to learn first-hand from some of the best performance marketing minds in the industry. As the team is growing rapidly, there is an opportunity to continue to hone your skills and progress into role paths of your choosing. We are firm believers in perfecting our craft and will provide all the necessary training to take your skills to the next level.Required Experience & SkillsYou have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, with particular expertise in Google Ads.You can drive managerial output. Can explain tasks well internally to both teach and have completed on time.You have a track record of successful PPC results, including improving ROAS and ROI.Meticulous attention to detail.You translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that non-experts can grasp.
