**The Role**:
The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient functioning of the office by managing administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the day-to-day activities of the business. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining office systems, and contributing to the company's strategic and operational goals. Your major duties and responsibilities include:
- Plan and review office operations and services, setting priorities and establishing office service standards to ensure efficiency.
- Allocate human resources, office space, and equipment to meet operational requirements and optimize productivity
- Supervise and manage office staff, including delegating tasks, monitoring performance, coordinating hiring, promotions, and training activities, and ensuring professional development.
- Oversee and maintain financial records, including preparing budgets, processing payroll, managing invoices, and expenses, and ensuring accurate commission calculations for sales staff.
- Liaise with professionals, clients, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate office business activities and facilitate the resolution of issues efficiently.
- Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained, troubleshoot technology systems, and manage procurement to support day-to-day operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government legislation, occupational health and safety regulations, and company standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential office records, including client files, correspondence, and operational documentation, ensuring efficient organization and accessibility.
- Monitor and manage customer service operations, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction in line with company standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement optimized solutions, and contribute to enhancing overall office productivity and efficiency.
**Skilled and experience requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, real estate, or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
- Certifications in real estate or property management (e.g., Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License in NSW) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Minimum one year of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with property transactions, off-the-plan sales, and house-and-land packages is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing teams, including sales staff.
- Demonstrated experience in handling budgets, payroll, and financial record-keeping.
- Experience in developing and enforcing office policies and procedures.
- Bilingual Language is preferred, especially Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- Strong ability to supervise, motivate, and manage staff, including commission-based sales teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, financial records, payroll, and commission calculations.
- High level of accuracy in managing documentation, financial records, and compliance requirements.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
