About the Role:
We are looking for dedicated Sales Associates with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
* Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
* Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards
* General housekeeping and store tidiness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
* Have demonstrated success in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
* Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships
* Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
* Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn
* Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
