Key Responsibilities
1. Performing precision vehicle servicing and repairs
2. Undertaking diagnostics to uncover the sources of issues
3. Adhering to warranty process and documentation requirements
4. Maintaining excellence in your work and supporting team efforts
5. Analyzing and diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions in engines and their parts.
6. Taking apart and extracting engine assemblies, transmissions, steering systems, and other components, and inspecting these parts.
7. Fixing or swapping out worn or damaged components and reassembling mechanical systems, consulting service manuals when needed.
8. Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as oil replacements, lubrication, and engine adjustments, to enhance vehicle operation and meet emission regulations.
9. Reconstructing engines and parts following repairs.
Requirements

* Possessors of a current open, manual driver's license
* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology qualification required
