Physiotherapist Role
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based, personalised care that promotes the health and wellbeing of older Australians living in Residential Aged Care homes.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to support mobility, transfers and daily living.
* Provide innovative therapy programs that prevent falls, manage pain, improve arthritic care and maintain skin integrity.
* Collaborate with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
