Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Window Installer to join their growing team. You'll play a key role in installing high-end Australian made Aluminium windows and doors on residential and commercial sites across the Toowoomba region. If you're hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
This is a full‑time role, Monday – Friday, 6:30 am – 3:30 pm (flexibility available). Work a 4‑day week Have every 2nd Friday off and get paid.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Installing Aluminium windows and doors on‑site with a high level of accuracy and quality
* Reading and interpreting site plans, drawings, and measurements
* Resolving on‑site installation challenges (e.g. alignment, hardware fitting, sealing)
* Ensuring all work complies with safety and installation procedures
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
* Experience with window or door installation (steel/aluminium/CrimSafe preferred, not essential)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Good problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to site conditions
* Confident using hand and power tools
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Willingness to follow instructions and mentor junior team members
