This is an ongoing role where you will be responsible to oversee the day to day operation of the Concierge desk, promoting a welcoming environment for all clients, guests and staff. This is a Monday to Friday role, where you will be the face of the company, so your presentation and communication must be impeccable.
Typical duties include
- Meet and greet guests, staff, and customers arriving, complete sign in and sign out as required;
- Answering the phones;
- Liaising with other internal teams e.g. catering department;
- General administration and word processing.
**About You**
You are a friendly and welcoming individual who can work autonomously or as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering a high level of customer service. You have strong problem solving skills, and an eye for detail.
You must be available Monday to Friday and ideally have a 5* Hotel or Corporate background.
Computing skills with Microsoft Office would be looked upon favourably. You are dedicated and able to make a commitment for this contract role. Your bright and friendly personality will see you succeed as the face of this high-esteemed corporate brand.
