The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our wine brands, Penny’s Hill Wines in McLaren Vale, Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa.
Seppeltsfield was established in 1851 in the Barossa Valley by Joseph and Johanna Seppelt, just 15 years after the European settlement of South Australia. Steeped in rich Barossan heritage, the Estate is considered a true national treasure which helped shape the history of the Australian wine industry.
About the Position
The RWG Marketing Coordinator – Direct to Consumer, located at the award winning and historical Seppeltsfield Estate in the Barossa, is a hands on, execution focused role that is responsible for promoting the Seppeltsfield brand, products, wine club, estate and experiences through brand marketing, digital sales marketing and social media engagement. This position also provides some direct to consumer marketing coordination support to the Groups other wine Brands - Gemtree Wines and Penny's Hill Wines.
Key activities will include:
* Develop and schedule DTC marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and paid channels
* Create and coordinate content (copy, images, video briefs)
* Create, coordinate and execute marketing collateral and promotional merchandise for brand marketing, tourism, events and wine club
* Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
* Develop and implement digital campaigns to achieve growth of the databases through EDM’s and other online activities
* Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports on traffic, engagement, conversions etc
* Update website content, product pages, banners, and landing pages
* Manage and maintain the e-commerce platforms (Commerce7, Mailchimp, Shopify, Klaviyo) and other website platforms
* Develop engaging content (organic) across all brands through information, facts, news and storytelling that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the Brand Guides and tone of voice
* Develop and schedule a calendar of relevant activity (content / posts) in partnership with the Seppeltsfield team
About You
You will have experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and/or DTC brand marketing with a good understanding of social media, email marketing and content creation.
Some experience working with established Brands within the wine industry and/or the hospitality, events and retail industry would be an advantage.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) and experience with paid ads, SEO and website optimisation also an advantage.
You will be customer centric, brand focused and comfortable working in a fast paced and growth focused environment.
