Role Summary
As a qualified and compassionate PCA with at least 6 months of experience in Australian aged care, you will provide person-centred care to elderly residents, support with ADLs including showering, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a supportive and respectful care environment. Pick up temp and on-call shifts in local aged care facilities.

Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of PCA experience in an Australian aged care setting.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
Valid police check (or willing to obtain).
Current First Aid & CPR certification.
Up-to-date COVID-19 & flu vaccinations.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends as needed.
