Established over 100 years ago, this highly successful Ag Supplies Group has operations across Australia, expanding into broadacre, irrigation, horticulture, viticulture, and dairy farm supplies, as well as merchandise, livestock, and real estate/insurance markets. The business seeks a Branch Manager to take over and expand operations for three established Branches in the Riverina NSW region, with a $45M ato, covering a highly productive geographical area.
Daily managing 8 permanent staff in the main Branch, the Branch Manager drives all three Stores: focusing on setting and achieving sales and service goals: overseeing Store Managers partnering with current clients and developing new business within the region's farm supplies, livestock, real estate/insurance, water broking market. The role requires leadership of established Branch teams; personally working with their Store Managers managing key clients and driving local marketing activities.
Relevant qualifications and Branch Management experience are preferred but a person looking to step up to multi-Branch Management will be fully supported. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Fully supported training, remuneration package (sal base $150K+ plus super; bonuses; a fully maintained car and benefits provided). Relocation expenses will be considered. Oz or NZ citizenship + excellent English skills are essential.
