Ello Care is a registered NDIS provider specialising in supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities. We offer a unique approach to Supported Independent Living (SIL), where participants live in purpose-built, single-occupant homes designed to promote privacy, safety, and genuine independence. Our SIL model moves away from traditional shared accommodation. Instead, it focuses on creating calm, stable environments tailored to each participant's needs. These homes allow individuals to maintain their own space while still receiving consistent, high-quality support. We are currently looking for a committed and experienced Key Worker to join our team. This role is central to supporting participants with complex psychosocial needs, helping them build structure, maintain routine, and feel secure in their day-to-day lives.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Key Worker at Ello Care, you'll take on a frontline role supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities through structured, consistent, and person-centred support. You'll be working across our independent Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, each designed for a single participant. These homes are calm, private spaces that allow participants to feel safe, respected, and in control of their environment.
Your role is hands-on and central to the participant's daily experience. You'll be responsible for making sure the home remains clean, safe, and functional, and that supports are delivered with care, reliability, and in line with each individual's routine and Behaviour Support Plan. This includes helping maintain structure, managing appointments and documentation, and working alongside Support Workers to ensure the participant's goals, needs, and wellbeing are consistently met. Through your presence and reliability, you'll play a key role in building trust and stability, both of which are essential for participants living with complex psychosocial needs.
