This position provides advanced analytical and business advice to both the Manager, Management Accounting and other senior stakeholders, as well as provide support in the delivery of other Management Accounting Team accountabilities
The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Principal Financial Analyst to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern Recent South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Support the manager in the delivery of critical budget milestones and tasks
- Provide analysis and interpretation of service agreements against baseline allocations
- Ensure all policies and procedures are developed to support a strong internal financial control environment are maintained
- Maintain and enhance existing MAT financial models and develop new models as required
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory a relevant qualification in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business would be well regarded
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $136 035 - $145 990 per annum
