We are seeking a full-time Mobile Physiotherapist to provide in-home care to privately-funded, NDIS, and Support at Home patients in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. About the Role: The Mobile Physiotherapist will deliver high-quality in-home patient care across various domains, including: Post-surgical rehabilitation Aged-care Disability support (NDIS participants) Chronic illness management This is a full-time position based in the Inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. The role also requires necessary administrative tasks, such as: Report writing Liaising and collaborating with other allied health professionals, social workers, support coordinators, and administrative staff.
