Role: Sous Chef
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience leading a busy kitchen team
* Understands kitchen systems, food safety, and cost control
* Is confident managing and developing a team under pressure
* Has a passion for fresh, seasonal produce and contemporary menus
Role: Junior Sous Chef
You might be a great fit if you:
* Are currently working as a Chef de Partie or higher
* Are motivated to grow under the mentorship of experienced leaders
* Bring reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
* Thrive in a team-focused, high-energy environment
