Why You'll Love This Role
As the training Specialist, you'll play a key role in strengthening capability within RAC Finance. You will design engaging e‐learning programs, deliver induction and refresher training, support new product launches, and act as a go‐to subject matter expert across products, systems, and processes.
Your work will directly influence consultant performance, member experience, and the success of our financial products.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop, update and deliver engaging onboarding, refresher, and advanced e‐learning content.
* Manage training administration including assessments, attendance, and materials.
* Partner with Team Managers to support ongoing skills development.
* Support the rollout of new systems, initiatives, and product releases.
* Contribute to product documentation, guides, release notes, and knowledge articles.
* Conduct QA reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance in training and product materials.
* Identify training or product risks and elevate recommendations for improvement.
* Support audit activities and maintain accurate records.
* Build strong relationships across the business, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (required).
* Experience in training and facilitation - ideally within finance or banking.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to translate complex information into simple, compelling learning experiences.
* High attention to detail, excellent organisation, and strong problem‐solving abilities.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
* Confidence working in a values‐driven organisation and role‐modelling positive behaviours.
