About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Planning & Mobilisation Co-ordinator to join our supportive, high-performing Planning Team. You will play a key role in ensuring works are resourced, compliance checked, and executed efficiently by our site teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role within a collaborative environment, supporting multiple clients and large-scale shutdown projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Planning Manager and Mobilisation Team Lead to escalate challenges and provide solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with onsite Operations team members.
* Ensure clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Interface with client counterparts regarding mobilisation and site-access procedures.
* Maintain and update roster cuts and labour lists for communication to site leaders and client representatives.
* Prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
* Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation, including compliance, medical requirements, and flight bookings.
* Support a team culture of open communication, collaboration, and problem-solving in a high-pressure environment.
Essential Skills, Tickets, And Experience
* Minimum 2 years experience in resource planning and mobilisation, ideally for Pilbara blue-collar mining companies.
* Experience with large-scale casual workforce mobilisation, particularly for shutdowns.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously (experience with BHP or Rio Tinto advantageous).
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills; highly organised with a methodical approach to work.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to escalate issues and work within a team.
* Ability to work flexible start and finish times (6:00 am 6:00 pm).
* Experience in end-to-end mobilisation including compliance checks, medicals, and travel arrangements.
* Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Previous experience with companies such as Linkforce, Monadelphous, Warrikal, Downer, or NRW is highly desirable.
