Why You’ll Love Working Here Play a key leadership role in shaping culture, capability, and workforce alignment during a major merger Work closely with senior leadership across both organisations, supporting integration, people risk, and ER/IR matters Build and strengthen HR frameworks, processes, and leadership capability during a period of transformation Join a supportive, values-driven organisation where collaboration, ideas, and contribution are genuinely valued What You’ll Be Doing HR Strategy & Business Partnering Partner with senior leaders across both businesses to align HR strategy with operational and integration objectives Support workforce planning, organisational design, and capability alignment during a period of change Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) Provide strong governance and oversight across employee relations and industrial frameworks during merger activity Act as the key point of contact for ER/IR matters, ensuring compliance and best practice across both organisations Support leaders in managing performance issues, grievances, and workplace investigations in a changing environment Ensure policies and processes align with Australian employment legislation and evolving business structures Culture, Safety & Compliance Embed a strong WHS, wellbeing, and safety-first culture across the merged organisation Oversee HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose through transition and growth Performance & Organisational Development Drive performance frameworks, succession planning, and leadership capability across both businesses Lead initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and employee value proposition during integration Leadership & Advisory Provide trusted advice to leadership on culture, people risk, and organisational effectiveness during merger activity Influence stakeholders across all levels, supporting alignment between production teams, management, and senior leadership Who We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Manager or P&C leadership role Strong ER/IR experience is essential, particularly in complex or changing environments Proven background in manufacturing or FMCG industries Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy, organisational development, and managing change or transformation Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across all levels Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or Business (AHRI membership advantageous) What We Offer Competitive salary package reflective of your experience Performance bonuses to reward your impact and contribution Superannuation contributions Opportunity to play a key role in a major organisational transformation Meaningful work shaping people, culture, and performance through change Supportive, collaborative environment with strong leadership visibility Ready to Lead People & Culture?
