The Human Resources Branch within the Department of Health have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Manager, Strategic Operations and Engagement to join the team.
What you\'ll do
As the Manager, Strategic Operations and Engagement, you will provide strategic advice and support to the Senior Director, HR Business Intelligence and Directors.
You will support the Senior Director with key operational functions and undertakes a lead role in planning, initiating, developing, evaluating, and managing projects/programs of work that align to the organisational objectives.
You will work collaboratively, build, and maintain strong relationships with other areas within Human Resources Branch, Department of Health and Hospital and Health Services to ensure consultation, operations, and strategic direction is aligned.
