An excellent opportunity has opened to work within State Government. This respected department is recruiting a suitably experienced Learning and Capability Consultant.
Your new role 
Sitting within the People and Culture branch, you will plan, design and develop a range of engaging and cutting-edge eLearning coursed from end to end. You will coach and mentor staff within the team to maintain and develop eLearning content. Supporting the department, you will build workforce capability culture and engagement through a broad range of learning and organisational development programs. 
Key accountabilities:
- Design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions, to enhance the learning experience and culture across the business 
- Lead and support the design, development and implementation of learning programs 
- Conduct evaluation of learning and development initiatives 
- Contribute to and support the utilisation of digital learning technologies including the Learning Management System (LMS) and online learning library.
What you'll need to succeed 
- Experience in learning and development analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation 
- Demonstrated Instructional Design experience 
- An understanding of learning and development best practice methodologies, models and frameworks
