Assistant Facilities Manager – Charter Hall Account, Brisbane
CBRE is seeking a proactive and solutions‑focused person to join our award‑winning Charter Hall account team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. Based in Brisbane, this role offers hands‑on exposure to a portfolio of premium commercial buildings and the chance to collaborate with experienced on‑site FM teams to deliver outstanding results.
In This Role
- Support the day‑to‑day operations of multiple commercial assets, coordinating building services and maintenance
- Collaborate with site‑based Facilities Managers, contractors and Charter Hall stakeholders to uphold safety, compliance and presentation
- Provide leave coverage across the portfolio and contribute to reporting, contractor management and asset improvements
- Exposure to project work while supporting the on‑site facilities team during busy periods
About You
- Previous facilities or property management experience in commercial real estate or a trade background
- Some familiarity with technical building systems and service contracts
- Solid time‑management skills and a customer‑first approach
- A trade background or exposure to services highly regarded but not essential
