Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through the sale of finance and insurance products.
* Work closely with the sales team and management to maximise finance and insurance performance.
* Engage with every customer to professionally present tailored finance solutions.
* Prepare and submit finance applications while liaising with lenders for quick outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
* Report to senior management on department performance and forecasts.
