Grade 1 Dietitian Role
This is a diverse and challenging role in the field of dietetics, requiring the candidate to work in various areas. The initial focus may be on community outpatient services, group presentations, managing home enteral nutrition clients, supporting aged care facilities, and providing outreach community support to towns in the Wellington Shire.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality community outpatient dietetics services
* Provide engaging group presentations
* Manage complex cases of home enteral nutrition
* Support aged care facilities in meeting their nutritional needs
* Offer outreach community support to towns within the Wellington Shire
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Dietetics or equivalent qualification
* Membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA) and active participation in the APD program
* Experience in community dietetics, with knowledge of statistical requirements
* Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and take initiative
