Technical Sales Specialist
Job Description:
This is a technical sales position where you will partner with the sales team to provide key technical leadership throughout the solutioning process. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions using our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
Communicate effectively with customers, presenting and demonstrating our product offerings relevant to their objectives.
Facilitate solution discovery, solution overview, and technical deep dive sessions with customers.
Requirements:
Relevant work experience in client-side, consulting-side, or with an ISV.
Understanding of M365 architecture, components, and configuration.
Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions that leverage one or more of the following: M365 Security & Compliance (Purview), SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, and Azure.
Knowledge of server and cloud offerings across Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce.
