Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Multi-Venue Operation | Perth, WA

We're looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead a dynamic multi-venue hospitality team for one of Perth's most well-known organisations. You will be 1 of 1 and report directly into the new F&B Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take charge of day-to-day operations, streamline systems, train and manage staff, and ensure high service standards across venues and events.
* Assisting with ordering of food and beverages to budget including generating purchase orders.
* Assisting with the maintenance and updating of point of sale (POS) system.
* Assist Finance with POS / food and beverage reports and reconciliations.
* Assist with the maintenancvve of stock levels and stock rotation.
* Assist with the updating of the food and beverage menus in POS.
* Assist with the coordination of casual Food & Beverage staff on race nights and for events.
* Assist with rostering for casual and permanent Food & Beverage staff.
* Assist with reconciliations and report takings after close of trade.
* Assist with casual Food & Beverage staff onboarding.
* Assist with training of casual Food & Beverage Staff.
* Assist with restaurant run sheets and bookings.
* Assist with consumable and linen orders.
* Assist with lock up of site after close for all race nights, functions and events as required,
* Other duties as required.
Requirements
Experience:
* Preferably minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
* Prefer experience using Abacus POS system.

* Proven ability to manage staff.
* Great all-round hospitality skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Attention to detail.
* Willingness to assist and collaborate with other teams.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Publisher)

* 38-hour working week with time in lieu for any over time required
* Only work 2 Nights per week (Tuesday and Friday) unless there is a function, additional hours will be required
