Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Team Member supports store operations to promote a sales-focused culture and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Store administration including cash handling, banking, transactions, data integrity, web sales, warranty claims, and enquiries.
- Support marketing, promotional activities, inventory management, and expense control.
- Manage sales channel fulfillment and contribute to a positive customer experience through team collaboration and complaint resolution.
- Enhance store presentation and merchandising.
- Improve sales skills and product knowledge through online and development opportunities.
