We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised administrator to join our Brisbane office. This role will be challenging yet rewarding for a person who likes to be kept busy, thrives on responsibility, attention to detail and accuracy.

- Key responsibilities will include:_
- Healthcare recruitment administrative support
- Manage a complex electronic filing system
- Customer service, answering phones and handling enquiries
- Routine data entry and general administrative including ad hoc duties
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to operate in a high energy environment
- Caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office and ability to adapt to other IT systems
- Critical thinking & problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a busy administration team
