Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals and organisations by delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
* Support clients to identify future employment or training options
* Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
* Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal
Requirements
* Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP)
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* A current Working with Children Check
* Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
