Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen team from pre-opening to launch and ongoing operations.
Develop a refined menu aligned with our concept, sourced from local farmers and producers.
Build and manage a talented culinary team.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory and supplier relationships.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and consistency.
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A positive team-driven attitude and understanding of costing, food safety, and kitchen management best practices.
