Dynamic Mental Health Services
This role is part of a 24/7 team providing intensive, responsive, and person-centred care.
Key responsibilities include telephone triage and intake assessments, responding to consumers presenting to the Emergency Department in crisis, and delivering short-term, evidence-based care through the Acute Response Team.
The role also includes engaging with families and carers, and supporting referrals to the most appropriate internal or external services based on consumer needs.
