Mental Health Clinician - Reg Psych/Accredited MHSW/Counsellor

Job Description
We are seeking AHPRA Registered Psychologists (Provisional or General), Accredited Mental Health Social Workers, Accredited Social Workers, or Qualified Counsellors to provide authentic, compassionate, and reliable mental health support. Services include Workers Compensation Schemes, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Medicare clients in Dubbo NSW .
As a clinician with Access Psych, you will help individuals manage work-related injuries, stress, pain, and other occupational issues. This role offers meaningful impact, a supportive team environment, and flexibility to manage your own schedule. The position requires onsite services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide evidence-based mental health assessments and treatments for various conditions.
* Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, case managers, and employers to support clients' return to work and community engagement.
* Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with standards.

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements include:
* Registered Psychologist with AHPRA; or
* Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW); or
* Qualified Counsellor (ACA level 3/4 or PACFA full clinical);
* Willingness to obtain NSW SIRA and Worksafe VIC accreditation;
* Permanent residency in Australia;
* Passion for improving lives through work and health;
* Interest in working with workers' compensation clients.
