About the role
As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you'll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you'll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.
In this role, you'll be working across our Tuggeranong/Woden/Weston Creek stores offering variety and diversity while playing a vital role in expanding access to quality hearing care across multiple local communities.
Working alongside an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this role offers full-time hours with flexible days, including the option to work Saturdays, or potentially part-time arrangements to support a healthy work–life balance.
We're offering a competitive salary of $87,000–$110,000 plus super, along with an attractive $8,000 weekend bonus if working Saturdays to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work.

Skills & Experience
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess;
* Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation
* Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
