Certificate IV in Commercial CookeryPrevious experience in Head Chef rolesCreate your seasonal menu in consultation with residentsCreate nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services programEnsure detailed compliance with the food safety programOversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and eventsPlease note all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance and NDIS worker's clearance.
