Job Description:
The NSW Health system is seeking a skilled Senior Legal Officer to join the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA) team. This role will play a crucial part in implementing the SDPR across the health system, ensuring seamless patient care and information exchange.
As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal, governance, and policy advice on matters related to the SDPR. You will need to analyze complex information from various sources, prepare reports, and present recommendations to senior executives and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Legal qualifications and admission as a Legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of NSW
* Extensive experience in commercial, privacy, and governance law or similar fields
* Applied analytical skills, including the ability to analyze complex information, prepare reports, and present recommendations
* Excellent organizational skills, with experience working in high-volume professional environments
