As our Multimedia Content Designer, you will conceptualise and produce engaging content for various campaigns and clients.
One day you might be designing eye-catching graphics or social media visuals, and the next you'll be editing a promotional video with motion graphics.
This role works closely with our Head of Content and Creative team to deliver content that drives results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
A strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with social media graphics, digital display ads, infographics, and occasional print collateral.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client objectives, delivering polished visuals that grab attention.
Edit and produce short-form videos and animated content.
Projects range from promotional brand videos and Instagram/Facebook reels to motion graphic explainers.
Incorporate animations, text overlays, and transitions (using Adobe After Effects) to make content dynamic and engaging.
Manage end-to-end production of multimedia content.
From concept development and asset gathering through to final editing and file delivery, take ownership of delivering projects on time and to brief across multiple clients and formats.
Review your work (designs, videos, and text) meticulously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high creative standards.
Optimise content for various platforms (web, mobile, social) and perform revisions based on team or client feedback.
What you need to be successful in the role:
3-5 years' experience in graphic design, video editing, or related design roles.
Portfolio demonstrating your design work, video projects, and any writing samples is required.
Experience in an agency or working on multiple brands/projects concurrently is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects).
Familiarity with additional tools like 3D/animation software is a bonus.
Strong writing and editing skills for marketing content.
Ability to produce engaging headlines and support video content with effective scripts or on-screen text.
A sharp eye for visual design (layout, typography, colour) and a knack for storytelling through visuals.
Ability to transform abstract ideas into creative content that meets strategic goals.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing feedback rounds constructively.
Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
You'll be working with designers, marketers, and clients – being a team player who can also self-manage is essential.
