Job Title: Precast Concrete Labourer
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team in the pre-cast concrete industry. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labour and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality product is achieved for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning & oiling of moulds
2. Placing of reinforcement & steel bars within the mould
3. Use of hand & power tools
4. Operate overhead crane to move moulds, disassemble & move products
5. Manufacture a broad range of pre-cast products to suit rail, transport, civil, mining & farming solutions
6. Concrete patching
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a construction, trade or manufacturing environment
* Ability to use basic hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good physical fitness to perform manual labour tasks
* A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new skills
* Punctuality & reliability
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* The ability to take initiative
