Job Description
Greenstone Mine is a large open-pit gold mine located in Canada, with an initial 14-year mine life and additional potential from a large underground deposit. The mine commenced production in May 2024.
We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Operational Administration Efficiency Lead. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will support the EVP of Operations, GGM General Manager, and site functional managers in planning and overseeing special projects, programs, and meetings.
The successful candidate will provide general support for optimizing communication and executing day-to-day activities, while also supporting the EVP of Operations and GGM General Manager, and their reports in the execution of critical site priorities, initiatives, and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute strategic ideas that drive business growth and innovation.
* Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions.
* Lead event planning efforts to achieve desired outcomes.
* Execute follow-up activities to ensure outcomes are achieved and sustained.
* Partner with senior leaders to support key areas of work and enable the site to focus on its highest priorities.
* Facilitate information sharing across the organization to drive special projects, programs, and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of mining experience, including leadership experience in an innovative and creative environment.
Strong analytical skills, project management skills, and ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
