Job Title: Relationship Building Specialist
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key representative of our organisation, building meaningful relationships with customers and their families. As a Relationship Building Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to new customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Process referrals and NDIS Request for Service efficiently
* Liaise with operational teams regarding service capacity and availability
* Ensure thorough understanding of organisational policies and procedures
* Promote service offerings through proactive participation in promotional campaigns
* Achieve customer acquisition targets through effective relationship building
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong knowledge of NDIS & funding flexibility
* Sales background & commitment to delivering excellent customer service
* Knowledge of local service providers (desirable)
* Ability to advocate on behalf of customers
* Proactive approach to achieving targets
* Strong administrative skills & process-driven mindset
* Clean driving record & willingness to travel using own vehicle (km reimbursed)
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate or medical exemption evidenced by authorised practitioner
