Lifestyle Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team and support residents in living their best life. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older Victorians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inclusive lifestyle programs, tailoring them to meet the diverse needs of residents. They will work closely with care staff, volunteers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
* Develop and implement lifestyle programs that cater to the cognitive, social, spiritual, and cultural needs of residents.
* Program management, including budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
* Provide guidance and direction to supporting volunteers and care staff.
* Maintain accurate records of programs and conduct regular evaluations to improve program effectiveness.
* Promote positive attitudes towards ageing and age-related services.
About the Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or formal qualifications in Community Development, Recreation, or Disability.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain.
* Experience creating genuine connections with clients, families, and team members.
