Marketing Strategist Role
This is a high-visibility role where you will have strategic control and full accountability for marketing outcomes. You will own and execute the company's marketing strategy across brand, digital, content, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
* Owning and executing the company's marketing strategy
* Building, launching, and optimizing multi-channel lead generation campaigns
* Overseeing the creation of creative assets such as explainer videos and case studies
* Identifying high ROI events, trade shows, and media opportunities
* Driving measurable improvements in CPL, conversion rates, SEO, and brand visibility
* Managing and mentoring the Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver consistent output
* Providing clear weekly reporting with data-led recommendations

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing
* Three or more years of experience in digital or growth marketing
* Proven ability to present marketing expertise through live examples and portfolio work
* Strong skills in paid media, SEO, analytics, and content marketing
* Experience leading marketing projects at pace with measurable outcomes
* Comfortable being fully accountable for marketing performance
* High competency in Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, SEO tools, and CRM platforms
