- Requires strong experience in Risk and/or Internal Audit with expertise in non-financial risk management and compliance management, and risk management frameworks.
-Proven experience leading and coaching teams and managing complex programs will be highly regarded.
Your experience in operational risk and compliance management across the financial services industry will be leveraged and developed further. You will bring an understanding and interest in the impact of regulatory expectations with respect to risk management (e.g. CPS230, CPS220, non-financial risk management) and will have the opportunity to contribute to the response and approach to these expectations through audit review activity.
As Senior Audit Manager you will lead audit projects that are central to the annual audit plan. You will provide challenge and insights on the control environment and engage with management to develop sustainable solutions that deliver what matters for our customers, the Board and regulators. Particular areas of focus include, but are not limited to: Non- Financial Risk & Compliance management, Risk Management Frameworks, Credit Risk modelling and transformation.
