This role is a hands on one involving all facets of planting and grounds maintenance in addition to performing team leader duties. This full-time permanent opportunity is based in Ipswich and local area.

Responsibilities Include
* Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
* Client liaison and relationship building
* Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
* Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating small tools and equipment
About You
* Experience in a team leader role
* Construction Induction (White) Card highly regarded
* Chemcert Certification highly regarded
* WPCG certificate highly regarded
* Manual Drivers' License highly regarded
* Knowledge and experience in garden / landscape maintenance and tree planting
* Traffic Control Qualifications highly regarded
* Trade qualifications in Horticulture or relevant experience
