Responsibilities:
* Contributes to a creative and contemporary dish, including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events
* A dietary requirements wizard
* Contributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment
* Contribute to the control of costs
* Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
* A Work, Health and Safety ambassador
About You:
* Have full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
* Great flexibility and availability, especially in the mornings
* Minimum 2 years of Demi Chef experience or similar (breakfast experience is preferred)
* When the pressure’s on, you shine even brighter, handling everything with ease and grace
