About the Role:

Your strong leadership on the sales floor and proficiency in inventory and back-of-house operations will be key to your success. Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment (premium/luxury background advantageous)
- Strong skills in stock management, store P&L, and inventory control
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
- Ability to execute seasonal changeovers and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Dedication to team development, coaching, and succession planning
- Minimum of 2 years of store management experience preferred
