What you'll be doing
* Collecting and transporting multiple waste streams including general waste, cardboard, plastics, and recyclables
* Operating and maintaining modern, well‐equipped vehicles
* Completing daily pre‐start checks, safety documentation, and required paperwork
* Working safely on active commercial sites alongside heavy vehicles and machinery
* Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations
* Maintaining a professional appearance and a clean, organized work environment
What you'll bring
* A valid HC license, Heave Combination
* Experience driving Hook Lift and Truck & Trailer combinations is preferred
* Waste management experience (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of transport safety and compliance
* Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management
