Job Overview
The position of Brand Manager, Digital and Marketing involves leading a portfolio of Premium and Select brand hotels in the Melbourne market to achieve profitable revenue, increase market share, and drive brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
This role collaborates with Director of Brand, Marketing & Digital and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for the hotels. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans
* Generating profitable revenue and increasing market share through targeted marketing campaigns
* Collaborating with Sales, Revenue, F&B teams and Marriott's Field Marketing and Digital teams to ensure seamless execution of plans
* Managing appointed agencies to ensure effective pull-through of marketing initiatives
* Creating and implementing a strategic social media plan, content calendar, and activities for the hotels
* Planning and executing Food and Beverage campaigns for the portfolio of hotels
* Engaging with owners and hotel General Managers to represent the discipline and deliver regular marketing reports and updates
* Maintaining frequent communication with the Director of BMD to ensure alignment, pull-through, and two-way communication about program performance, opportunities, and issues
