Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present banquet dishes to perfection
* Maintain efficient mise en place and manage your section effectively
* Ensure consistency in presentation, portion control, and quality across all banquet operations
* Collaborate with the kitchen leadership team to develop and execute event menus
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety standards
* Contribute to effective cost management and minimize food waste through efficient practices
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef within a high-volume or banquet setting
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and event service timing
* A passion for preparing beautiful food with precision and care
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced team environment
* Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays
